Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawals or the Account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your login details to any third party. f08 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Your Account balance is denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). f08 does not pay interest on Account balances. Funds held in your Account are not insured or guaranteed by any government deposit protection scheme.
f08 supports the following Malaysian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time at f08's discretion.
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for all supported payment methods. Maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and Account tier. VIP Players may be eligible for higher limits subject to Account verification status.
Deposits via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are credited instantly in most cases. FPX and online banking transfers are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes. Withdrawal processing times depend on your Account tier and verification status; standard withdrawals are processed within 1 to 24 hours. f08 does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by payment processors or banks.
f08 operates a same-payment-method withdrawal policy as an anti-money-laundering safeguard. Withdrawals must generally be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. f08 reserves the right to require additional verification before permitting withdrawals via a new or different payment method.
Note: f08 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on its end. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. f08 is not responsible for such third-party fees.
All bets placed on f08 are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules applicable to each betting market or game type. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable rules for that market. All bets are final once confirmed, subject only to settlement adjustments permitted under applicable game rules.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by sport, market, game type, and Account tier. f08 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout on any bet or series of bets at our discretion, including for accounts displaying unusual betting patterns.
f08 reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds or on an erroneously published market. Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to reach the minimum period required under the applicable rules, bets may be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account.
All live dealer games and slot titles available on f08 are powered by third-party game studios and are subject to the rules of each specific game. Random Number Generator (RNG) outcomes are certified by independent testing laboratories for statistical fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are available within individual game information panels.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a game or bet, f08 reserves the right to declare the relevant round or bet void and return the applicable stake. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. f08 shall not be liable for any loss alleged to have arisen from a malfunction.
f08 offers a range of promotional bonuses and incentive programmes including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and to the specific terms applicable to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotional page or communicated at the time of the offer.
All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable multiplier (e.g., X10, X15, X20) specifies how many times the bonus amount must be bet in total before the bonus or any related winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Where a bonus requires a deposit match, the wagering requirement may apply to the total of the deposit and the bonus amount combined.
While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin is RM500 unless a lower limit is specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Placing bets that exceed this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Not all game types contribute equally toward clearing wagering requirements. As a general guide: slot games contribute 100%; live casino table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo) contribute 10%–20%. The specific contribution rates applicable to a given promotion are specified in the promotion's individual terms.
Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the specified expiry window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of issue) will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses will not be reinstated under any circumstances.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the f08 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

f08's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
f08 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liability. In such jurisdictions, the above limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
f08 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where we reasonably believe that: (a) the Player has breached these Terms; (b) the Player has engaged in fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity; (c) the Account poses a legal or regulatory risk to f08; or (d) the Player's continued access is otherwise contrary to f08's policies or applicable law.
Where an Account is closed for breach of these Terms, any remaining Funds may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is not due to Player breach, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering) will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled normally; remaining Funds (excluding unsatisfied bonus balances) will be returned following successful KYC verification.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which f08 is incorporated and licensed to operate. You agree that any dispute between you and f08 shall first be submitted to f08's customer support team for resolution. In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause limits f08's ability to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any breach or anticipated breach of these Terms.
f08 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, we will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice via email to the address registered on your Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.2 above.
